The Diné College Information Technology Department is ready to help you during your program of study at Diné College.  Below is a list of IT resources that will help you while pursing your studies at Diné College.

If you are a new student please note that the following departments are responsible for your personal data. They are tasked with getting you into our systems so that Information Technology and other departments can create proper account credentials for you to work with.

The Records and Admissions Office manages your personal data.  Please visit the Registrar's Office in person, by phone or by email to resolve status or eligibility issues. Once you are in our systems you will be provided with accounts to access:

Warrior Login - Username

All Diné College students, faculty and staff are provided a WarriorID.  A WarriorID is your "username" that you use to access Diné College technology resources:

All Diné College faculty, staff and registered students are eligible for a WarriorID.

Required: Employee or Student ID Card, New Employee Hire Checklist or Current Course Schedule is required to verify your identity.  This is so that we can protect your account from fraudulent use.

First Time Login:
You are required to create your own personal password.  We cannot read or retrieve your previous password.  IT can reset to a default password, and you will then have to change the password to something only you will know.  IT cannot reset your password over the phone.  The password must be changed every 180 days for security purpose.  You will start getting an email message 14 days, then 7 days, 5 days and 2 days prior to the expiration of your password AND when you attempt to login on a PC within the Colleges' network, you would get a message to change your password or it will expire.  For Macintosh users an automatic reminders are sent by email.  To be able to reset your password, the user would have to be within the College's network and on the College's PC (within a campus or center).  You can reset your password online remotely after the initial setup of the challenge questions in WarriorWeb.
Your Password:
  1. Consist of 8 to 24 characters
  2. Contain at least three of these 4 criterions:
  • Lowercase letters: (a-z)
  • Uppercase letters: (A-Z)
  • Numbers (0-9)
  • Symbols: (!@#$%^&*, etc.)
  1. NOT be the same as your WarriorID
  2. NOT Contain Spaces
  3. NOT Contain words that are easily identified or deciphered
Password Management:

Password Management Solution enable remote users to change or reset their password without having to visit a center to do so.

You will need to answer the three (3) Modify Challenge Questions. Please click on each of the three pull down arrows to choose from the lists of challenge questions, and also supply unique answers as they pertain to you. These answers will help you retrieve, change and reset your password in case you ever forget it. After selecting the challenge questions and supplying your answers, click the ‘Continue’ button to proceed. If you do not wish to select the challenge questions and supply the answers at the time, you may click the ‘Later’ button to proceed but understand that you will see this screen every time you log in to warrior web until you pick and respond to the challenge questions.

Upon Completion you should be logged on to WarriorWeb. Please contact IT if you encounter any problem while going through the process.


The Diné college provides student, staff and faculty with an exchange email account.  Click on the "Webmail" link on the Diné College/WarriorWeb pages to access the exhange email through the Outlook Web Access (OWA) connector.  When you use OWA you must use your Warrior Login credentials to log in.

To Check Your Diné College E-Mail:
Your Diné College email address is: (WarriorID) e.g. Note: Electronic mail is one of the most used and useful services offered on Diné College's computer network.  These services are provided for the official business and educational purposes of Diné College.  Access to e-mail by users is a privilege and should be treated as such.  Please be aware that your e-mail is for academic and work related purposes only.  All users of the Diné College email system are expected to conduct themselves in a legal, professional, and ethical manner.  Messages that may be viewed as harassing or intimidating are prohibited.

MyDineCollege - WarriorWeb - eRacer

Warrior Web is your official portal to the Diné College Community. Warrior Web will provide you with an exclusive, 24 hour access from anywhere to internal college information and resources whether you are a Diné College student, staff, or faculty.  With your Warrior I.D. and password you will be able to access your online eRacer courses, course schedule, academic record, semester grades, campus groups, and billing statement including important announcements, news, and events from college departments and groups.

Warrior Web "eRacer" is an online learning management system (LMS) that provides faculty and students with a virtual environment with resources to enhance instruction and communication. Faculty can upload syllabi, handouts and media, assign on-line homework and exams, administer forums, electronic grade entry, track attendance and manage an automated grade book. It is an e-learning tool that can be used to enhance the experience of the student along side with their physical classroom activity.  Diné College supports two different kinds of LMS, check with your instruction on what they use for their LMS.

ITV Polycom Courses

Interactive video course that offers students an opportunity to attend classes at any of the campuses when enrolled in a course at Diné College.   Digitally compressed voice, data, and video signals are transmitted to provide live broadcast access to specified classrooms.  The classrooms are linked by cameras and TV monitors which allow for the two-way communication with the faculty and students of the course.

Wireless Access

Diné College provides wireless network access to all active students, faculty, staff and authorized guests.  Wireless Access is available at all Diné College sites and in all academic buildings.  For the purpose of security and accountability, individuals utilizing the Diné College network are required to sign-in with your WarriorID and password.  This new method of accessing WIFI eliminates the need for you to bring your personal devices to be configured in IT.

Users are expected to secure their machines when they are using wireless network services.  Computers must have active antivirus software.  We reserve the right to block or disconnect non-compliant computers from the Diné wireless network.  Users using the wireless network should also use secure remote access procedures, i.e., passwords should never be disclosed to anyone or shared.

If you have any WIFI issues, question or to register your device, please contact the IT Department. 

Note: Printing from a personal devices at public printers from the wireless network is not provided at this time.  To print, users must log on to one of the computers in the public labs.
