Description

Prerequisite: ENG 101 and 3 credits of PSY, SOC, ANT or SWO

An introduction to qualitive and quantitative research methods used in Psychology and the Social Sciences. This course emphasizes the process of conducting psychological research, including the development of testable hypotheses, measurement, design, data collection, analysis, and the writing and presentation of a research paper. Students will gain experience through project in conducting research.
