Description
Prerequisite: ENG 102 or concurrent enrollment
A survey of Navajo literature with an emphasis on Navajo writers and oral tradition. Students will have the opportunity to study genres such as poetry, drama, personal narrative, and storytelling. The course will include historical to contemporary texts. General education special requirements of intensive writing/critical thinking and ethnic/race/gender awraeness (IW/CI and ERG) are met.
