Description

Prerequisite: BUS 265, MGT 340, MGT 360

This course will present the various Total Quality Management (TQM) frameworks, concepts, and quality improvement tools necessary for implementing the quality culture that characterizes world-class organizations for the 21st century. TQM is amied at continually improving performance over the long term by focusing on customers while addressing the needs of all stakeholders. Key actions necessary for transforming business and not-for-profit organizations into world-class organizations that deliver ever-improving value to their customers, clients and constituents will be explored.
