Description
Prerequisite: FA 390
Students will explore personal concepts and experimental techniques in painting. For further examination of the artistic process and development of professional body of artwork experimental techniques are emphasized. This course will integrate the Dine Holistic teachings in accordance with the pedagogical paradigm: Nitsahakees, Nahat'a, Iina and Sihasin, which are processes found in all aspects of nature. Students will understand the self- through the teachings of Naayee'eek,ehgo Na'nitin (protection way teachings) and Hozhoojikehgo Na'nitin (blesssing way teachings). One hour laboratory per week.
