Description

Prerequisite: BIO 182 or ENV 101

This course introduces ecology in the analysis of agriculture and sustainable systems, with an emphasis on the fundamentals of agriculture;
soils, plants, water, and the geographical and cultural context of farming systems. Topics include traditional farming, farm development and
design, and sustainable farming practices.
