Description
Prerequisite: BUS 204, MGT 320
This course will examine the relationship between the Federal Government and Tribes deriving from Federal and state law. Students will also study the composition and jurisdiction of the different levels of courts having jurisdiction of the different levels of courts having jurisdiction over the tribal territories and other tribal issues resulting from the legal relationship between the Federal Government and Tribes.
